I reached out to The Lending Tree after the loan officer I've worked with locally for years could not get my loan on a $1.2m home to with lenders she works with. Apple was one of the first loan officers to contact me. I discussed with her how the other lender did not want to utilize my overtime and bonus earnings year-to-date along with averaging it with the last 2 years because it was usually high in 2020. she contacted her underwriters immediately and I sent all my income documentation and Apple obtained a pre-approval immediately. Once all income, assets and property documentation were submitted, she had an approval within days. My daughter and I are now settling into a very special home and we are very grateful for the service we received.
